Your practice will be different every time you come to the mat. The body reacts to movement differently in every person. Some people can practice yoga for years and still never touch their toes. She’s Registered with the Yoga Alliance and is also a Reiki Practitioner II and Licensed Optician and is in school for her Personal Trainer and Life Coaching Certifications through NASM. Her passion is helping others find their own power, healing and belief in themselves through yoga, breath work and meditation. She received her 200 hour RYT in 2022 in the VIVA HOT YOGA Method in Albuquerque, NM. She went from being diagnosed with multiple auto-immune diseases, severe chronic fatigue and adrenal fatigue, hormone imbalances and dysfunction on a cellular level and being in a lot of chronic pain, to losing 70+ lbs, getting off of all the medications her Dr.s had her on, easily sleeping through the night, lots of energy and more self compassion, confidence and awareness. In 2019 she found hot yoga and it truly saved her life.

Then it continued to pop up in her life as she attended retreats and conferences in different states, so she continued to try it because she’d heard it had a lot of medical benefits. When she was first introduced to yoga on a dvd many years ago, she hated it.
